Moving around Morocco

Coming from the winter weather of Germany, Morocco was definitely a nice change of pace. That being said I definitely stuck out like a sore thumb wearing only a Tshirt when everyone else was bundled in sweaters.
The first city I went to was Fes and my tour guide was the best! He drove me all around town and even showed me the best place for Tajine. I really got to know more about the people of Morocco and I learned the necessity of bargaining here lol.
I then went to Marrakech. While Alcohol is legal, it is not easy to find in Morocco, I ended up going to a club with people from the hostel and it was definitely an experience. The Mosaic hostel was nice as I met a lot of cool people and they set up a 3 day desert trip to Merzouga.
I know it sounds simple but I was amazed by the sand in the Sahara Desert. Orange sand blew my mind. While it was cool to ride a Dromedary (one hump camel), I would probably do the 4 wheelers next time I am in the desert. I really enjoyed the group that I went on the desert tour with.
My last stop was Rabat, and again I thank the hostel as I met cool people to tour the city with. It was nice to be near the coast and see the water. The hostel staff threw a barbeque for us which was a surprise. The Art museums here were nice and some were even free!
I have to highlight the train system in Morocco. I met so many Moroccoans by either sitting in the wrong seat or randomly starting conversations. I was able to get to all cities above via train and had a great experience.
